Applications:

The bearings are widely used on ocean engineering equipment and ship, food processing machinery, medical equipment, cryogenic engineering, automobile, motorcycle, electric tools, high-speed motor, household appliances and other industries.

Features:

• designed as hybrid deep groove ball bearing: rolling elements made of ceramic, inner and outer ring made of bearing steel
• cage material: plastic; the low weight and the elasticity of the plastic have a positive effect on the sliding and emergency running properties as well as the shock resistance; suitable for quiet running
• extra light series with compact dimensions and low weight
• suitable for radial loads and light axial loads in both directions
• offers high running accuracy, quiet running and very high speeds
• seal: open (without seal); for higher speeds than with sealed ball bearings and easy relubrication

Lubrications:

Before SGC bearings leave factory,the open bearing is filled with meter anti-rust oil only;while the shielded bearing has been filled with general bearing grease,which makes it suitable for light and medium load as well as low and medium speed applications, with a working temperature ranging from -30℃～100℃.If the bearings are applied beyond the above conditions, other special grease or lubricating methods shall be employed.
